We work as an extension of your team, with honest advice, practical thinking and a clear understanding of what successful delivery means for your client.

Retail projects often involve tight timelines, multiple stakeholders and live environments where things can change quickly. We help by understanding the brief, matching the right installer to the job, coordinating the detail and communicating clearly from start to finish.

Trusted people. Practical expertise. Commercial judgement.

These support our service architecture: Survey & Prepare, Install & Implement, Coordinate & Manage, Report & Evidence.

Frequently asked questions

How a project runs.

City Install's process follows five clear steps: understand the brief, match the right people to the job, coordinate the details, communicate clearly throughout, and deliver the work with evidence of completion. Behind this sits a service architecture of survey and prepare, install and implement, coordinate and manage, and report and evidence.

The survey and prepare stage identifies site-specific conditions and requirements ahead of installation, such as access, existing fixtures, or issues left by a previous supplier. This stage is what allows City Install to flag problems and plan around them before installation day, rather than discovering them on site.

Multi-site coordination is managed centrally rather than left to individual installers to organise between themselves. This means schedules, materials and communication are aligned across every site in a rollout, so the client has one point of accountability rather than many separate contacts.

Once installation is complete, City Install provides reporting that confirms the work has been carried out to standard, giving agencies and brands a clear record without requiring a site visit to check.

Useful starting information includes the scope of work, the number and location of sites, any brand guidelines or standards that must be followed, timing constraints, and whether materials are already produced or still need to be sourced. City Install will fill any gaps through its own survey and briefing process.

Clients work with a coordinated point of contact who oversees the project centrally, rather than having to manage individual installers directly across multiple sites.
